What license does this template come with?
Each template comes with a single license, which covers one website. If you have a client who wants to use the template, they will need to purchase their own license for their website.

What is Your Refund Policy?

Why Squarespace
I prefer Squarespace (for now) because it's user-friendly and ideal for new or established businesses. Handing over a newly designed website created with Squarespace is not overwhelming since it doesn't require a steep learning curve.

How Long Does It Take
The duration of the website design process can vary depending on the project's complexity and the client's requirements. Typically, the process takes 4 to 6 weeks from the initial consultation to the final delivery. In some cases, it may take 8 to 12weeks.

Do I Need a Domain Name Before We Start Working Together?
A domain name isn't necessary to begin a web project. I can guide you in selecting and setting up a domain through Squarespace.
If you already have a domain, I'll provide instructions on how to transfer it closer to your launch date.

What do I need to provide before we start?
You’ll need to have your branding (logo, colours, fonts), website copy, and images ready before the project begins. If you need help with content, I can recommend specialists.

Do you offer branding?
Branding isn’t included in my website packages, but I do offer brand styling, this is a separate paid add-on. This includes a logotype, colour palette, font information, and a brand board which is a great starting point for those who need a simple but cohesive visual identity.
However, for a fully developed brand strategy, I recommend working with a well-seasoned branding professional down the track to ensure your brand has strong positioning and depth. If that’s something you’re interested in, I can recommend trusted specialists.

Will I be able to edit my website after it’s launched?
Yes! I provide guides and you’ll be given a recorded video tutorial of your shiny new website, so you won’t be dependent on a designer for small changes.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I understand that investing in your website is a big step, and I offer payment plans upon request to make it more manageable. Let’s chat about what works best for you.

What happens after my website is launched?
You’ll receive a 30 - 60 day post-launch support period for minor tweaks. If you need ongoing website updates, I offer Power Hour for any future updates you need on your site.

How do you ensure my website is optimised for search engines?
My basic SEO services include optimising your website's structure, content, and images for better visibility on search engines. I follow best practises for on-page SEO, such as optimising titles, meta descriptions, headings, and alt text.
However, for more advanced SEO strategies, I recommend consulting with a dedicated SEO specialist.
